A-300 Primer - Cement/Concrete Modifier in Smooth Grey

Description

Americrete Concrete Bonder Admix is a proprietary bonding
agent, and Portland Cement admixture. Concrete Bonder
Admix provides superior adhesion and, allowing the user to
apply materials flexibility at any depth or thickness. Concrete
Bonder Admix bonds to virtually any type of surface. A primer
coat may be required.

 

Characteristics

Environmentally safe, water borne proprietary co-polymer.
Superior adhesive and co-adhesive bonding strength.
Reduces moisture vapor emission through slabs. Concrete
Bonder Admix is a multi-purpose product that will create a
permanent bond between sound substrates and Portland
cement based underlayments. Protect Concrete Bonder
Admix from freezing until use.

 

Coverage Rate

A-300 will achieve approximately 300 – 350 square feet per
gallon as a primer.
One gallon of A-300 should be used per every 50 lbs of
concrete.

 

Uses and General Information

Should be used over A-700 Stamp when using water base
stain, concrete patching and repair, spalled/deteriorated
conditions, horizontal concrete/asphalt renovation, pedestrian
and traffic surfaces, renovation of Gypsum underlayments,
slip/abrasion resistant surfaces, reduction of moisture vapor
emissions, asbestos tile encapsulation, recreational surfaces
(repair and smoothing), highways, bridges, sidewalks, curbs,
waterproofing, parking structures, warehouses, pool decks,
driveways, loading docks and ramps and masonry walls.
Directions
Stir, do not shake, the product to ensure that the color is mixed
homogenously before application. Box same colors together in
a larger container to ensure color uniformity. Can be applied
by brush, roller, or Hudson sprayer. If using a Hudson sprayer,
use a soft bristle brush push broom to help penetration and
uniformity. Product may also be worked in with a rag or
sponge to add different effects while still wet.
Caution: Do not apply in direct sun on a hot day. Surface
temperature should not exceed 100oF. Do not apply in cold or
threatening weather such as heavy dew, fog, mist or rain is
forecasted within 24 hours. Do not apply if the surface
temperature is below 55F.

• Since no control is exercised over product use,
AMERICRETE represents and warrants ONLY that the
products are of consistent quality within manufacturing
tolerances for a period of ONE year. NOTE: if Americrete
sealers are not used to seal the surface then there is NO
WARRANTY implied. Americrete sealers must be applied
to the substrate for Americrete to warranty material.
All sales are final. NO other oral or written representation
or statement of any kind, expressed or implied, now or
hereafter is authorized or warranted by AMERICRETE,
including those of marketability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Liability for breach of contract, negligence or on
any other legal basis is limited to the lesser cost of refund
or replacement of material proven to be defective.
AMERICRETE, will not be liable for special, incidental or
consequential damages, including for delays or lost profits.
There is no warranty for product installations, color
variations, product delamination or cracks in the surface
due to the substrate cracking. The end user shall
determine the suitability of the products for the intended
use and assumes all risks and liability in connection
therewith.

NOTE:

If litigation arises the party filing the complaint or
law suit will be responsible for all attorney fees and court
costs incurred by AMERICRETE, and all other costs
related to the investigation of the law suit and/or
complaint.

This warranty is effective August 1, 2007, and supersedes
any and all previous warranties, written or verbally
communicated Note: Americrete products are to be
applied only when surface temperatures are at 55oF or
higher, not to exceed 100oF. Do not apply when rain or
other precipitation is expected within 24 hours.
